For Homeowners

• Installers will contact you within 24-48 hours
• You are not obligated to accept any quote

Installer Interactions

• Contracts are between you and the installer directly
• We are not party to these contracts
• Payment is made directly to the installer you choose
• Disputes should be resolved directly with the installer first

For Installers

Application and Vetting

• You must provide accurate credentials and information
• You must maintain current licensing and insurance
• We reserve the right to deny or revoke network membership

Lead Handling

• Contact customers within 24 hours of receiving a lead
• Provide professional, courteous service
• Honour your quotes and commitments
• Handle rebate applications where applicable

Reviews and Ratings

• Reviews must be based on actual installations
• Reviews are verified before publication
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate reviews
• Reviews represent individual opinions
